Duration of Tour: 8hours (7:00-15:00)

• Pick up starts around 7:00. We will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. We will inform you of the exact pick up time on the day before the tour.

• Dismissal time is estimate only. Please note that the time may change depending on road conditions and other factors.

• Infant (ages 0–2 can join for free if no seat is required.)

Precautions/Disclaimer

• Minimum number of participants: 2. If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number, the tour/experience will be cancelled. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail 2 days prior to the tour/experience date.

• If the tour/experience is extended due to force majeure, such as traffic or weather conditions, and some of the content is cancelled, please contact Customer Service. A partial refund will be made.

• In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.

• This tour/experience is not suitable for people with the following physical conditions or those who are not suitable for overstimulation.  Heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.

• Please bring your own sunscreen, mosquito repellent, waterproof bag, waterproof camera, etc.
  

• Please wear your swimsuit beforehand.

• Please refrain from walking on coral or doing anything that may destroy the marine ecosystem.

• Please provide us with the names and date of birth of all participants for insurance purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance.

• Cash is required to purchase souvenirs or snacks on islands, so please bring your own cash.

• Guests with food allergies must inform us in advance at the time of booking or at least 2 days prior to the tour.

• Guests who are intoxicated may not be allowed to participate in the tour. No refunds will be made in such cases.

注意事項／免責事項

• 最少催行人員：2名。お申し込み人数が最少催行人員に満たないときは、ツアー/体験の催行は原則として中止 (キャンセル) となります。その場合は、ご利用日の3日前にメールでお知らせいたします。

• 交通状況や天候等の不可抗力によりツアー/体験時間が延長され、一部の内容が取り消しとなった場合は、カスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。一部返金等の対応をさせていただきます。

• 悪天候の場合は、ご利用日の1日前 (現地時間：18:00) にツアー/体験の催行有無が決定されます。催行中止 (キャンセル) 確定時には、メールでお知らせいたします。

• 以下の身体状況にある方や、過度な刺激を受けることに適さない方は、このツアー/体験にご参加いただけません。
  高血圧、喘息、てんかん、妊婦

• 集合場所には集合時間の10分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、ツアー/体験は定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。

• 水着は予め着用してお越しください。

• 日焼け止め、蚊除け、防水バック、防水カメラなどはご自身でご用意ください。

• 車両での移動時間が比較的長く、起伏の多い道路を通行しますので、各自酔い止め薬のご携帯をおすすめいたします。

• 天候により当日のスケジュールが変更になる場合がございます。悪天候の場合、島の変更は当日のガイドの判断に準じます。

• サンゴの上を歩いたり、海の生態系を破壊するおそれのある行為をしたりすることはご遠慮ください。

• 食品アレルギーをお持ちのお客様はツアー予約時またはツアーの2日前までに事前にお知らせください。

• 泥酔されている方は、ツアーの参加をお断りさせていただくことがございます。なお、その場合の返金はありません。

• 本ツアーに含まれる保険の補償内容は以下の通りです。（それぞれ最大額）

  Accidental Death & Disablement：500,000 PHP

  Accidental Medical Reimbursement：50,000 PHP

  ※補償内容の拡大や補償額の増額をご希望される場合は、別途お客様ご自身で保険にご加入をお願いいたします。
