If the tour/experience is extended due to force majeure, such as traffic or weather conditions, and some of the content is cancelled, please contact Customer Service. A partial refund will be made.

Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.
Sea turtles, and sardines are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour.
In Moalboal, we will enter the beach (directly from the beach), and it is recommended to wear comfortable marine shoes.
Please bring your own sunscreen, mosquito repellent, waterproof bag, waterproof camera, etc.
The tour is relatively long and the road conditions are rough, so we recommend that you take your own anti-sickness medicine.
