• Pick up starts around 5:00. We will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. We will inform you of the exact pick up time on the day before the tour.

• If the tour/experience is extended due to force majeure, such as traffic or weather conditions, and some of the content is cancelled, please contact Customer Service. A partial refund will be made.

• In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.

• This tour/experience is not suitable for people with the following physical conditions or those who are not suitable for overstimulation.  Heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.

• Sea turtles, and sardines are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour.

• In Moalboal, we will enter the beach (directly from the beach), and it is recommended to wear comfortable marine shoes.

• Please bring your own sunscreen, mosquito repellent, waterproof bag, waterproof camera, etc.

• The tour is relatively long and the road conditions are rough, so we recommend that you take your own anti-sickness medicine.

• Please provide us with the names and date of birth of all participants for insurance purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance.

• 正確なピックアップ時間はツアー前日の夕方にメッセージにてお知らせいたします。午前4:00~5:00を出発の目処にご準備をお願い致します。

• 解散時間はあくまで目安です。道路状況などにより、前後する場合もご了承ください。

注意事項／免責事項

• 交通状況や天候等の不可抗力によりツアー/体験一部の内容が取り消しとなった場合は、カスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。一部返金等の対応をさせていただきます。

• 悪天候の場合は、ご利用日の1日前 (現地時間：18:00) にツアー/体験の催行有無が決定されます。催行中止 (キャンセル) 確定時には、メールでお知らせいたします。

• 以下の身体状況にある方や、過度な刺激を受けることに適さない方は、このツアー/体験にご参加いただけません。
  高血圧、喘息、てんかん、妊婦

• 集合場所には集合時間の10分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、ツアー/体験は定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。

• 水着は予め着用してお越しください。

• 日焼け止め、蚊除け、防水バック、防水カメラなどはご自身でご用意ください。

• 車両での移動時間が比較的長く、起伏の多い道路を通行しますので、各自酔い止め薬のご携帯をおすすめいたします。

• 天候により当日のスケジュールが変更になる場合がございます。悪天候の場合、島の変更は当日のガイドの判断に準じます。

• ウミガメ、イワシは野生動物のため、まれにツアー中ご覧いただけない場合がございます。

• モアルボアルでは、ビーチエントリーします（ビーチから直接海へ入ります）多少の岩場がありますので、脱げにくいマリンシューズをご着用いただくと快適です。

• 本ツアーに含まれる保険の補償内容は以下の通りです。（それぞれ最大額）

  Accidental Death & Disablement：500,000 PHP

  Accidental Medical Reimbursement：50,000 PHP

  ※補償内容の拡大や補償額の増額をご希望される場合は、別途お客様ご自身で保険にご加入をお願いいたします。

  ※保険加入につきましては、参加者全員の氏名と生年月日のご提出が必要となります。
