ツアー所要時間 (Duration of Tour)：約12時間 (12h) （5:00 - 17:00）

• 05:00頃 ピックアップ開始 (約1時間かけて各参加者の宿泊ホテルにお迎えにあがります。ツアー後は宿泊先へお送りいたします。正確なピックアップ時間は前日の夕方にお知らせいたします。)  Pick up starts around 5:00. We will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. Pick up takes about one hour. We will inform you of the exact pick up time on the day before the tour.
• 解散時間はあくまで目安です。道路状況などにより、前後する場合もご了承ください。Dismissal time is estimate only. Please note that the time may change depending on road conditions and other factors.

• ご利用日 2日前までのキャンセル料 (Up to 48 hours before the tour starts)：0% 
• ご利用日 0〜1日前のキャンセル料 (less than 48 hours before the tour starts)：100%

注意事項／免責事項 (Precautions/Disclaimer)

• 最少催行人員：2名。お申し込み人数が最少催行人員に満たないときは、ツアー/体験の催行は原則として中止 (キャンセル) となります。その場合は、ご利用日の2日前にメールでお知らせいたします。Minimum number of participants: 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum, the tour/experience will be cancelled. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail 2 days prior to the tour/experience date.
• 交通状況や天候等の不可抗力によりツアー/体験時間が延長され、一部の内容が取り消しとなった場合は、カスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。一部返金等の対応をさせていただきます。If the tour/experience is extended or cancelled due to force majeure such as traffic or weather conditions, a partial refund or other action will be taken.
• 悪天候の場合は、ご利用日の1日前 (現地時間：18:00) にツアー/体験の催行有無が決定されます。催行中止 (キャンセル) 確定時には、メールでお知らせいたします。In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.

• 以下の身体状況にある方や、過度な刺激を受けることに適さない方は、このツアー/体験にご参加いただけません。

  高血圧、心臓病、高所恐怖症、喘息、てんかん、妊婦  This tour/experience is not suitable for people with the following physical conditions or those who are not suitable for excessive stimulation-High blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women
• 集合場所には集合時間の10分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、ツアー/体験は定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.
• 安全上の理由から、7歳未満のお子様はツアーにはご参加いただけません。For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not allowed on the tour.
• ウミガメ、イワシは野生生物のため、まれにツアー中ご覧いただけない場合がございます。Sea turtles and sardines are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour.
• 解散時間はあくまで目安です。道路状況などにより、前後する場合もご了承ください。Please note that the tour time is only a rough estimate. Please note that the time may change depending on road conditions.
