注意事項／免責事項

• 最少催行人員：2名。お申し込み人数が最少催行人員に満たないときは、ツアー/体験の催行は原則として中止 (キャンセル) となります。その場合は、ご利用日の2日前にメールでお知らせいたします。

• 交通状況や天候等の不可抗力によりツアー/体験時間が延長され、一部の内容が取り消しとなった場合は、カスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。一部返金等の対応をさせていただきます。

• 悪天候の場合は、ご利用日の1日前 (現地時間：18:00) にツアー/体験の催行有無が決定されます。催行中止 (キャンセル) 確定時には、メールでお知らせいたします。

• 以下の身体状況にある方や、過度な刺激を受けることに適さない方は、このツアー/体験にご参加いただけません。

  心臓病、高血圧、高所恐怖症、喘息、てんかん、妊婦

• 集合場所には集合時間の10分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、ツアー/体験は定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。

• 高速船内は冷房が効いている為、寒く感じることがございますので、羽織れるものをお持ち頂くことをおすすめしております

• 車両での移動時間が比較的長く、起伏の多い道路を通行しますので、各自酔い止め薬のご携帯をおすすめいたします

• 高速船チケット手配のため、参加者全員分のお名前と生年月日をご連絡ください

• ツアー当日はパスポートのコピー（スクリーンショット可）をお持ちください。高速船乗船の際に提示が必要です

• 軽食・飲料水等の購入、ATV体験にて現金が必要ですので、各自持参ください

• 日本語ガイドがホテルから港までお連れし、ボホール島内は現地の日本語ガイドがご案内いたします。セブ島到着後はサインボードを持ったドライバーがホテルまで送迎いたします

• 本ツアーに含まれる保険の補償内容は以下の通りです。（それぞれ最大額）

  Accidental Death & Disablement：500,000 PHP

  Accidental Medical Reimbursement：50,000 PHP

Duration of Tour : 4:30 - 19:30 (14hours)

• Pick up starts around 4:30. We will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. Pick up takes about one hour. We will inform you of the exact pick up time on the day before the tour.

• Dismissal time is estimate only. Please note that the time may change depending on road conditions and other factors.

• Less than 48 hours before the tour starts：100%

Precautions/Disclaimer

• Minimum number of participants: 2. If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number, the tour/experience will be cancelled. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail 2 days prior to the tour/experience date.

• If the tour/experience is extended due to force majeure, such as traffic or weather conditions, and some of the content is cancelled, please contact Customer Service. A partial refund will be made.

• In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.

• This tour/experience is not suitable for people with the following physical conditions or those who are not suitable for overstimulation.  Heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women
  

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.

• The air conditioning on board the high-speed boat may make you feel cold, so we recommend that you bring something to wrap yourself in.

• The tour is relatively long and the road conditions are rough, so we recommend that you take your own anti-sickness medicine.

• Please provide us with the names and date of birth of all participants so that we can arrange tickets for the high-speed boat.

• Please bring a copy of your passport (screenshot is acceptable) on the day of the tour. (You will need to present it when boarding the high-speed boat.

• Cash is required to purchase snacks, drinking water, etc. and for the ATV experience, so please bring your own cash.

• A driver will pick you up at your hotel and will take you from your hotel to the port, and a local guide will guide you around the island of Bohol. Upon arrival in Cebu, a driver with a signboard will pick you up and take you to your hotel.
