ツアー所要時間 (Duration of Tour)：約15時間 （3:00 - 18:00）

• 03:00頃 ピックアップ開始 (約1時間かけて各参加者の宿泊ホテルにお迎えにあがります。正確なピックアップ時間は前日の夕方にお知らせいたします。) ツアー後は宿泊先へお送りいたします。Pick up starts around 3:00. We will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. Pick up takes about one hour. We will inform you of the exact pick up time on the day before the tour.

• 解散時間はあくまで目安です。道路状況などにより、前後する場合もご了承ください。Dismissal time is estimate only. Please note that the time may change depending on road conditions and other factors.

注意事項／免責事項 (Precautions/Disclaimer)

• 最少催行人員：2名。お申し込み人数が最少催行人員に満たないときは、ツアー/体験の催行は原則として中止 (キャンセル) となります。その場合は、ご利用日の2日前にメールでお知らせいたします。Minimum number of participants: 2. If the number of applicants is less than the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will be cancelled in principle. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail 2 days prior to the tour/experience date.

• 交通状況や天候等の不可抗力によりツアー/体験時間が延長され、一部の内容が取り消しとなった場合は、カスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。一部返金等の対応をさせていただきます。

• 悪天候の場合は、ご利用日の1日前 (現地時間：18:00) にツアー/体験の催行有無が決定されます。催行中止 (キャンセル) 確定時には、メールでお知らせいたします。

• 以下の身体状況にある方や、過度な刺激を受けることに適さない方は、このツアー/体験にご参加いただけません。

  高血圧、喘息、てんかん、妊婦  This tour/experience is not suitable for people with the following physical conditions or those who are not suitable for excessive stimulation-High blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women

• 集合場所には集合時間の10分前までにお越しください。お客様が遅れた場合も、ツアー/体験は定刻どおり出発/開始いたします。

• 水着は予め着用してお越しください。Please wear swimsuits beforehand
• 日焼け止め、蚊除け、防水バック、防水カメラなどはご自身でご用意ください。Please bring your own sunscreen, mosquito repellent, waterproof bag, waterproof camera, etc.
• 車両での移動時間が比較的長く、起伏の多い道路を通行しますので、各自酔い止め薬のご携帯をおすすめいたします。Due to the relatively long travel time by car and the rough roads, it is recommended that you bring your own anti-sickness medicine.
• 天候により当日のスケジュールが変更になる場合がございます。悪天候の場合、島の変更は当日のガイドの判断に準じます。The schedule for the day may be subject to change due to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, changes to the island will be made at the discretion of the guide on the day of the tour.
• ジンベイザメは野生動物のため、まれにツアー中ご覧いただけない場合がございます。Whale sharks are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour.
• 保険加入につきましては、年齢確認のため、参加者全員の氏名と生年月日のご提出が必要となります。これらの情報がご提出いただけない場合は、保険にご加入いただけません。For insurance purposes, we will require the names and dates of birth of all participants in order to verify their age. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance.
• 2024年1月よりオスロブのジンベイザメ鑑賞を含むツアーの予約に関しましては、予約時ならびに参加当日にご参加者全員の個人情報と身分証明証の提示が必要となりました。予約時：①参加者全員分の氏名・生年月日と②代表者様1名分の写真付きの身分証明証（パスポート）の画像を提出してください。万が一、①②が提出いただけない場合にも、当日受付によるご参加も可能ですが、その場合は現地での待ち時間が2時間以上になることと、他のお客様と出発時間が異なるため、グループツアーではなくプライベートツアーとしてのご案内となるため、別途追加料金が発生いたしますことをご了承ください。As of January 2024, all reservations for tours that include whale shark viewing in Oslob will require the personal information and identification of all participants at the time of reservation and on the day of participation. Please submit (1) the names and dates of birth of all participants and (2) a photo ID (passport) image of one representative at the time of booking. Please note that in the case the information is not submitted in timely manner, the waiting time at the site will be more than 2 hours and the departure time will be different from other participants, so you will be guided as a private tour and you will be charged an additional fee.
